All adults 18 and older that will live in the home must submit an application, and have a separate email address.  Minimum verifiable income is 2.5 times the rental amount.  Credit score should be 600 or higher.  If score is 560 to 599, you may be accepted with a double security deposit. Must have at least 2 open lines of credit established for 1 year, with no late payments for 12 months.  No evictions, foreclosures, bankruptcies or auto repossessions within the last 3 years.   Cannot be on the sex offenders registry. 

Application fees are NOT refundable.  Once you submit, you will be charged for the reports.  Please make sure that you respond to additional requests or direction in order to facilitate a speedy process.
